Poor, will never recommend this facility. I guess if you are African American, this is not the place to go. My husband who is actually Native American, with a very good texture of hair, walked in (as they do take walk-ins) and two other people walk in after him and are seen immediately. My husband wasn't even acknowledged. If I could have given a zero as a rating I would. Way to go, great job!

I work in asphalt for a living, and I've been on job sites that weren't as hot as it was in this place.

I've been getting my hair cut at the Lebanon location for the past few years and have never felt like I needed to leave a review, because the ladies there have always provided great and friendly service. That's still true; however, when I was in the shop today, it was far from a pleasant experience. I don't know if you guys were having problems with the air conditioning, but it must have been 85 degrees inside the shop. I felt so bad for the stylists trying to do their jobs and maintain their composure under these conditions. As always, I got an MVP, but I must admit it was far less relaxing than usual. A hair wash just isn't the same when you're sweating as soon as it's over.
